Interim IT Director – Business Bank – London/Midlands (Fixed Term Contract)
We’re supporting a niche, specialist business lender with the appointment of an IT Director on an initial 6?month fixed?term contract basis.
This is a senior leadership role, leading a discrete technical team, reporting directly to the COO.
What we’re looking for:
– A strong people leader with experience leading and developing IT leadership teams
– Comfortable operating at Exec / Board level and driving pragmatic change
– Proven track record running modern, cloud?based infrastructure
– Proven ability managing outsource partners/providers
– Experience within banking, FS or highly regulated environments highly desirable
– Exposure to organisational mergers/integrations would be a benefit
The details:
– 6?month FTC
– £130k+ annual salary (pro?rata) + benefits
– 2 days on-site per week
