Main Duties & Responsibilities: To assist in setting up site including Heras fencing, appropriate barriers, segregate work areas, erecting suitable signage in appropriate locations. To carry out hand demolition of load-bearing walls with an understanding of temporary propping requirements, concrete & suspended floors. To strip roof coverings. To dismantle timber & steel roof frames. To understand salvageable materials and process to prepare bricks, timber etc for re-use. To advise Supervisor of onsite disputes, programme, or any other issues relating to the works on site. To select suitable hand or powered tools for tasks.
