1. Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 basic salary
2. OTE: £39,000+
3. Working Hours: 45 hours a week with alternative Saturdays

As Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of a team of Sales Executives, driving performance through leadership, insight, and energy. Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping local sales strategy while delivering outstanding service to customers.
As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
4. Leading, coaching, and motivating the Parts Sales team to exceed sales targets
5. Monitoring KPIs and acting quickly to address performance gaps
6. Collaborating with management to launch local campaigns and promotions
7. Building lasting relationships with new and existing trade customers
8. Conducting regular performance reviews to support team development
9. Ensuring accurate use of business systems and adherence to internal processes
10. Supporting logistics and delivery coordination to optimise service levels
11. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitor activity.

To succeed in this Sales Manager role, you should have:
12. Proven experience managing a B2B sales team (automotive sector preferred)
13. A strong understanding of customer needs and how to build value-added relationships

15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
16. Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
17. A results-focused approach and the drive to exceed expectations
18. An interest in the automotive industry or aftermarket sector is a plus
