Were looking for a collaborative, organised, and detailoriented Franchise Marketing Coordinator to support the regional EMEA & LATAM Franchise team in the strategic planning and marketing of consumer products franchise priorities. Youll help ensure the smooth daytoday operations of the team and the timely sharing of franchise information, marketing materials, and key assets with local markets to help drive consumer products revenue growth. This is a 6month fixedterm contract working closely with the full Franchise team across major Nickelodeon brands such as PAW Patrol, SpongeBob, TMNT, Garfield, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and across our adult portfolio including Emily in Paris, South Park, Star Trek, and the Paramount Pictures release slate. Youll join a team that values creativity, curiosity, and strong crossfunctional partnership, helping to deliver franchise plans that build reach, visibility, and impact across EMEA and LATAM. What will you be doing? Team Support & Coordination Work with the Franchise Director and Franchise Manager to support the smooth flow of information, including gathering content performance updates, research insights, and crossdivisional inputs. Helping to prepare and update regional franchise presentations, sales materials, rollout calendars, and bestpractice overviews. Monitoring brand health, tracking trends, competitor activity, and supporting the development of insights to guide local teams. Coordinating the WalkAroundCharacter programme with global and local teams. Providing proactive administrative support, including raising purchase orders, maintaining trackers, and coordinating meetings. Asset Management & Development Maintaining the Franchise SharePoint library with the latest franchise materials and brand information. Coordinating the distribution of assets to internal teams, agents, and external partners. Managing daytoday asset requests and ensuring timely responses. Supporting the development and delivery of marketing assets to maximise franchise impact and consumer products sales at retail, including brief writing, project coordination, and reviewing outputs. Marketing Approvals Managing thirdparty marketing material approvals from external partners and licensees, partnering with the creative team to ensure brand consistency. Coordinating additional stakeholder approvals where needed, ensuring timely and accurate feedback. What are we looking for? Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). An organised and adaptable approach, with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills. A team player who acts with integrity. Ability to manage multiple projects, stay flexible, and meet tight deadlines. A proactive, solutionsfocused mindset. Basic research/data experience. Desirable Adobe Suite experience (Photoshop / Illustrator). European languages are a plus.
