The Role As Senior Parts Sales Advisor, you will support the Assistant Parts Manager in the smooth running of the Central Parts Department while acting as a key technical and customer-facing specialist.
The role is predominantly telephone and email based, working closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party data partners.
You will play a vital role in the management of parts data, electronic parts catalogues, and engineering changes, ensuring customers receive the right part, first time.
