This role is ideal for senior sales personnel with significant experience in direct sales/Telesales.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about achieving results, have a strong desire to give excellent customer service and utilise the company's sales strategy to secure business.
Responsibilities:
You will be responding to sales enquiries generated by our new, state of the art website, by phone, email, video call and face-to-face in our showroom. As a professional individual who is customer focused, you will be responsible for providing quotations to our customers, by understanding their needs and providing advice and guidance on products to be able to secure sales. Your excellent organisational skills will be required for following up on enquiries, whilst ensuring our CRM database is updated efficiently with progress of the enquiry.

* Have a natural flair for sales with the ability to spot, maximise and close sales opportunities

Person Specification:
* Must be well spoken and articulate with an excellent telephone manner
* The ability to influence and negotiate
* Hunger and determination to achieve and exceed targets within a competitive environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Previous sales experience essential, preferably in direct sales
* Reliable and punctual
* The ideal candidate will be computer literate
£30,000 basic salary plus commission - Uncapped (£50k O.T.E)
40 hours p/w
