Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Project Manager with a strong background in Duck Creek Technologies to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex Duck Creek implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of P&C insurance products, deep knowledge of Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights), and proven experience managing Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek implementation and integration projects.
* Own project planning, execution, delivery, and post-go-live support phases.
* Work closely with business stakeholders, Duck Creek product teams, development teams, and third-party vendors.
* Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and risks, ensuring delivery meets business goals.
* Oversee configuration, development, and integration of Duck Creek modules (Policy, Billing, Claims, Producer).
* Conduct regular sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery progress reviews using Agile/Scrum methodology.
* Manage cross-functional teams across geographies (onshore/offshore).
* Act as the key escalation point for delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Facilitate effective communication between business, IT, and Duck Creek specialists.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in insurance tech environments.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery; 4+ years specifically in managing Duck Creek programs.
* Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Suite – especially Policy, Billing, and Claims.
* Experience with Duck Creek Author, Express, and API integrations.
* Experience managing complex technology programs in Property & Casualty insurance domain.
* Proven experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall environments.
* Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud deployment.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
* Familiarity with Azure/AWS, API/Microservices, and data migration strategies is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.
* Duck Creek certifications (if applicable).
