We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a motivated and supportive department. This role offers a great opportunity to inspire students through the study of literature, language, and communication skills across KS3 and KS4. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as English Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that challenge and motivate students
* Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical analysis
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
* Support students’ literacy and communication skills across the curriculum
Ideal English Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A degree in English or a related discipline
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and examination requirements
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills as a English Teacher.
* A commitment to student achievement and personal development
