Job Description
Electrical Field Service Engineer, Electrical Technician, Maintenance Engineer – Gaming, POS, ATM, Photocopiers. This is a field‑based, electrically biased Service Engineer role providing scheduled service, maintenance, reactionary repair, installation, and commissioning of a very wide range of machinery across the Midlands and occasionally further afield. You will also be responsible for repair and pre‑commissioning of equipment at the Northampton workshop, and for providing remote technical support for computer hardware and POS systems.
You will also support the internal IT systems with occasional shared IT support monitoring over evenings and weekends (for critical events only), and to cover holidays.
Key Responsibilities
