Role overview
This role will primarily focus on learning and developing basic audit and accounting skills through studying toward an ACA professional qualification over approximately three years. You will gain practical experience in the workplace, taking on early responsibility to reach your maximum potential.
You will receive professional exam training from BPP, supported by our experienced Technical and Training team and professional tutors who monitor your progress and provide guidance to help you pass your exams. Additionally, we offer in‑house training that complements your studies and develops core workplace skills.
You will primarily support the audit assistant managers and managers on audit assignments and be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism when attending client sites. Once qualified, you will have further opportunities for development, including technical updates, personal development and management training.
Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
* Current or prospective ACA student with an ability to progress to first‑time pass in the qualification.
* Strong desire to learn and develop audit and accounting expertise.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Salary: £24,500 p/annum
