GSL Education are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to support a number of fantastic primary schools across Chelmsford.
This role is perfect for teachers who love variety and flexibility — you can choose to work on a day-to-day basis or take on short-term or long-term placements if you’d like more consistency.
Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of classroom experience, we’ll match you with schools that suit your teaching style and career goals.

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, adapting to different school environments.
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff to ensure a smooth day.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour management in line with school policies.
* Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing, ensuring lessons are inclusive and enjoyable.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✅ Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
✅ A professional, reliable and flexible approach.
✅ Strong classroom management and adaptability.
