Scope of the role: overarching: Support the Technical team on the safety, quality, legality and authenticity of itsu [grocery] products. Support the Technical team to maintain AA grade BRC Agents & Brokers certification ensuring that accurate records are completed and procedures are followed. Support the Technical team on a day-to-day basis with ad hoc requests and reporting. key responsibilities: Support the Technical team on the safety, quality, legality and authenticity of itsu [grocery] products. Provide technical administrative support to the Category team. Responsible for completing and keeping up to date the reports and documentation for new product launches, including one pagers, retailer forms, GS1 and the itsu website. Manage the customer complaints systems, keep accurate records of complaints and feedback and promptly respond to all customers. Analyse and interpret trends in customer complaints, generate weekly, monthly and quarterly customer complaint reports. Support the Technical team to maintain AA grade BRC Agents & Brokers certification ensuring that accurate records are completed and procedures are followed.
