Overview
Corporate Administrator - 6 Months Fixed Term. Taking Care, part of AXA Health, provides round-the-clock TEC services to over 100,000 people throughout the UK. We support the Emergency Resolution Centres (ERCs) and work with local authorities and housing associations to help individuals live independently at home for longer. As a Corporate Administrator you will support the Business Development Team by providing administrative support to our corporate customer base.
Base pay and terms
Salary: £13,233.34 p.a plus £1,301.30 location allowance
Hours: 17.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday on a rota basis
Location: Devon or Chichester
Interview dates: Week commencing 10th November
Responsibilities
* Work closely with ERC to support faults and escalate if required to aid resolution.
* Co-ordinate corporate clients data cleansing in line with TSA standards.
* Send daily email messages to scheme managers (Mon to Fri).
* Coordinate data with Finance to ensure corporate customers are invoiced correctly.
* Work with relevant departments to ensure complaints SLAs are met.
* Identify improvements to streamline and make processes more efficient.
* Produce statistical information and reports as requested.
* Handle telephone calls and provide advice and assistance appropriate to corporate customers.
* Manage mailboxes to deliver high-standard customer service by answering emails promptly and courteously.
* Ensure precise information is taken and accurately input within Taking Care ERC platforms.
* Monitor high-intensity callers to aid appropriate support for service users.
* Process corporate customers referrals, faults, and collections.
* Support onboarding of new customers if required.
* Support other administration duties as required.
Qualifications and core skills
* Proven experience of providing high-quality administrative support (essential).
* Previous experience in a TEC environment.
* Knowledge and experience of working in a team.
* Effective and clear communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to deliver and complete tasks within deadlines to a high standard.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Experience of organising and coordinating documents and reports.
