The General Manager will
Report to the Director
Implement the management structure of the hotel
Ensure standards of procedures are in place for each team, ensure all departments are operating to the highest standards
Establish a strong Food & Beverage following
Drive the hotel forward to the next stage of development
Be hands on when need be and lead from the front
As General Manager you will have
Experience of being a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Resident Manager or General Manager
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
Excellent customer care and focus
Great Man management skills
You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
