About The Role
As OFG accelerates its expansion across the UK and into international markets, we are seeking a Finance Analyst (UK & International Growth) to support this journey with strategic financial insight and planning.
This role is instrumental in assessing new market opportunities, building financial models, and contributing to data-driven decisions across high-growth initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially astute finance professional ready to drive meaningful change in a mission-led organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Group Finance and leadership to assess new UK and international markets through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
* Evaluate the commercial viability of new ventures, pricing strategies, and investment requirements.
* Build and maintain financial models to forecast performance, risk, and return on investment.
* Provide financial oversight during go-live, scale-up, and expansion phases, ensuring financial clarity on cost, revenue, and margin.
* Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with Group targets and growth plans.
* Analyse actual performance versus forecast and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and control mechanisms during expansion.
* Produce regular reporting to support agile decision-making by senior leadership.
* Contribute to the design of market entry and growth strategies, including commercial, regulatory, and operational considerations.
* Offer financial challenge and support to UK and international teams for realistic planning and delivery.
* Monitor market and economic trends to ensure strategic planning reflects current conditions.
Essential
About You
* Experience in finance business partnering, commercial finance, or business analysis roles.
* Proven track record supporting business growth or international expansion with financial modelling.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to build flexible, decision-ready models.
* Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a strong grasp of the commercial landscape.
* Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a scaling and fast-moving environment.
Desirable
* Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or similar financial tools.
* Professional finance qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
