Job Title: Cocktail Bartender Octagon at Sopwell House
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum (£12.21 per hour) for 21 and over, £21,840 (£10.50 per hour) for 18-20 plus service charge (£4,000£6,000 per year)

At Octagon, Sopwell Houses stunning cocktail bar, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartender to craft exceptional drinks and deliver unforgettable service to our guests.
Please note: The right candidate MUST have previous bartender experience and demonstrable cocktail-making skills.
Your Role in Our Family:
Serve our guests with impeccable attention to detail and personality.

Create and present a range of classic and signature cocktails.

Maintain stock levels for spirits, wines, and soft drinks.

Provide expert drinks knowledge, offering recommendations and advice.

Set up and support event and meeting spaces with bar service as needed.

Ensure professional and prompt guest service at all times.

Take care of all company equipment and maintain bar cleanliness and presentation.
