Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of sales processes, contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
* Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer relationships.
* Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
* Maintain an organised database of customer information and sales activity.
* Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service or sales administrative role is preferred, particularly in the Trade Windows and Doors sector.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
