Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Client Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence, and who’s ready to take on a high-impact leadership position.

The Role
As a Client Account Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of key services to one of our prestigious clients. You'll manage service performance, ensure SLAs and KPIs are exceeded, and be a trusted partner in the ongoing development of our client relationship.
You’ll oversee a team of around 100 colleagues, so strong leadership, excellent communication, and sound commercial acumen are essential.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing P&L accounts
* Ability to meet and exceed contractual KPIs through effective operational leadership
* Strong people management skills - able to inspire, lead, and support large teams
* Experience handling recruitment, performance management, and HR matters
* Confident managing client relationships and internal stakeholders
* Project management capability and a solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
* Previous experience in the parking industry is not required - just a willingness to learn the basics before your interview.
