We value work life balance and take lots of timeand planning into reducing / avoiding potential overwhelm. Your health andstress levels are important to us and work shouldn’t have a negative impact onyour health.
Your timeis valuable and if you are not nodding in agreement with the below working withCaring For Care is not for you.
1. Youneed to care. It soon becomes clear the people who say they care and whoreally do – we want the ones who really do care about providing excellentservice to our customers, correcting mistakes, and not cutting corners.
2. You mustbe a dog lover not just a dog tolerator. With two dogs in the office, they play a big part of the team, and you will never be alone at dinner time.If you are not keen on dogs this isn’t the right company for you.
3. You wantto help make things easier for others. Although you will have your core jobrole we don’t say ‘that’s not my job’ in the office – we all make brews andfill the dishwasher.
4. Youwant to be part of an exceptional team and are OK with being part of socialmedia. I can’t imagine a better team to work with and part of our plansthis year is to showcase our work culture. You don’t have to be involved in everything– you have a life – but it would be a bit weird if you didn’t want to getinvolved at all.
5. You are self-aware enough to know you don’t know everything and that another team member may havea better way of working and will suggest this to you. We have a very positiveattitude to open communication and sometimes this may be to say – you have donethis wrong; can you change it BUT equally we will share your wins. We do notbelieve in toxic positivity, but we work hard on creating a positive, friendlyand genuinely supportive office – we all want you to succeed!
