We’re looking for a Rewards Advisor to join our clients People & Culture team. This is a key role that supports how they recognise, reward and care for their colleagues across the organisation.
Interim role supporting them for 3 months, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the annual pay review process and other reward initiatives.
* Provide analytical support and mentoring to colleagues on pay and reward matters.
* Develop and maintain diversity pay gap analysis to ensure equitable practices.
* Manage data specifications and reporting for benefits, insurance, and third-party providers.
* Prepare and submit salary survey data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Conduct compliance checks for National Minimum Wage, National Living Wage, and Real Living Wage in line with organisational policies.
* Support benchmarking exercises to ensure market-competitive reward practices.
* Maintain job families, pay ranges, and job evaluation frameworks.
* Analyse employee data to identify and address pay equity issues.
Person Specification:
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics preferred.
* Knowledge of pay benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay equity principles.
* Ability to work with complex datasets and present findings clearly.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
