2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and inspire the team, setting clear objectives. Review training needs for employees and contractors, providing necessary training in line with legislation and industry best practice.
3. Culture & Compliance: Promote a people-first safety culture, ensuring HSE practices are embedded in every aspect of the company's operations, driving continuous improvement through safety initiatives.
4. Performance & Metrics: Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and KPIs, and implement corrective actions and improvements.
5. Risk Management & Accreditation: Implement risk management processes, ensuring ISO accreditations and IMS are maintained and continually improved.
6. Reporting & Governance: Lead incident investigations. Provide regular updates to the Board, delivering key HSE performance metrics and reports on risks, incidents, and mitigation strategies.
7. Representation: Act as the company's primary representative on all HSE standards, ensuring the business is recognized as an industry leader in HSE practices.

3. Extensive knowledge of ISO IMS and compliance frameworks.
4. Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels, fostering buy-in for HSE initiatives.
5. Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams, ensuring consistent standards.
