We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join a busy service desk team supporting users across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role providing front-line technical support for a wide range of systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone and remote support
* Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
* Troubleshoot issues across Windows environments, networks, email, and telecoms
* Assist with user account management and basic system administration
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers
