Welcome to ST M'S Thera Spa, a boutique spa dedicated to helping our members unwind,
recharge, and feel their best. We take pride in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
where every member feels cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. As we
prepare to open our doors, we're looking for a warm, professional, and organized Front of
House Spa Receptionist to be the heart of their experience.

Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for our members, you'll set the tone for their entire visit. From
greeting non-members, members and walk ins, and managing bookings to supporting and
ensuring everything runs smoothly, you'll play a key role in making every member feel
special and looked after.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, friendly welcome to every member or non-member who visits the
spa.
Responsibility for following up on leads (i.e.: enquiries, potential members, or past
guests.
Help with signing up a in walk-in that is interested in the Spa and encouraging non-
members to become members.
Manage bookings and appointments using our Glo Fox Scheduling System.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and helpfully.
Check members in and out, handling payment accurately.
Keep the reception area tidy and clean, calm, and inviting at all times.
Communicate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a smooth hand
over with your colleague.
Share information about treatments, packages, with walk ins and members.
Always, handle members feedback with care and professionalism.
All staff members including receptionists will assist with light administrative and
housekeeping tasks, such as; be responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitization of spa
equipment and work
areas. You are required to complete the daily cleaning checklist and ensure full
compliance with the spa's hygiene standards, rules, and safety regulations are met.
At the end of each day, you will also be responsible for switching off all air
conditioning systems and lights before closing to help maintain energy efficiency and
safety.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues
is an essential part of this role.
Skills and Qualities:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role (spa, salon, or hospitality
preferred).
Excellent communication and people skills – warm, calm, and approachable.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage a busy reception area with ease.
Confident using bookings and payment systems (training provided if needed).
A love for wellness, and helping people feel good.
Flexible availability, including some weekends and evenings.
