Up to £24,045 per annum, dependent on experience
30-37.5 hours per week

As a Theatre Booking Coordinator, you’ll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your ‘can do’ attitude shines through. As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.
As a Theatre Booking Coordinator, you will:
1. Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role when dealing with patients.
2. Ensuring Theatre Bookings are made in a timely manner for our different payor streams - self pay, private medical insured and NHS patients.
3. Ensure all data required is captured with attention to detail at all times.
4. Liaise with Theatre Manager, Consultants, external secretaries and other departments within the hospital.
5. Ensure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations.
