Skills & Experience Required:
Extensive EA support experience, working within a highly complex global organisation.
Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support: Provides proactive high-level administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, organising meetings, handling correspondence, travel and expense management, preparing reports and presentations.
2. Administrative Assistance: Supports other leaders and managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, travel expense management, and meeting coordination.
3. Travel Management: Coordinates travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the senior executive and team members.
4. Communication: Serves as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
5. Coordination: Assists in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
6. Documentation: Maintains accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
7. Office Management: Supports day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring workflow efficiency.
8. Project Support: Provides support for special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive and other leaders.
9. Problem-Solving: Addresses and resolves administrative issues promptly and efficiently.
