Key Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Manager in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and exceptional customer service for all EYC families.
* Plan and deliver engaging, balanced and stimulating activities that support children’s learning and development.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the Centre.
* Communicate daily with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and well‑being.
* Fulfil rota duties and additional tasks as directed by the line manager.
* Engage in professional development and reflective practice to continually improve practice.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
* Have experience working in an early years setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and child protection; an Enhanced DBS is required.
* Flexibility to work across four days per week to support a healthy work‑life balance.
