Belcan Workforce Solutions are recruiting for PMO Analyst, Governance & Controls on a 6 month Inside IR35 contract role. This position is 5 days Onsite at our clients, based at the Isle of Grain (Rochester, Kent). Own transport preferred due to remote location of the site. You will be supporting project management processes by monitoring project performance, reporting and providing analytical insights to ensure project align with goals and objectives. Manage governance process and ensure change control, and efficient use of processes and templates. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities of PMO Analyst, Governance & Controls Gather and analyse data related to project performance including schedule adherence, metrics and resource utilisation to help identify potential issues. Analyse project data to identify trends and risks and create recommendations to mitigate / manage. Manage project change controls Create regular reports to summarise project status, risks and resource to inform key stakeholders and to facilitate decision making.
