The role supports IT and business change initiatives, focusing on CCA and SLA governance, financial and contract administration, portfolio reporting, and stakeholder engagement across technology projects. Key Requirements Experience in a PMO, IT governance, or project analyst role Exposure to CCA and/or SLA management and financial administration Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset Confident stakeholder communicator in a regulated environment Experience with PMO tools (e.g. Monday.com, Confluence, ServiceNow, Ivalua) This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within a complex, international financial institution and build expertise in IT governance and portfolio management.
