What is required from you?
* Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
* Experience leading care teams including care assistants and Registered Nurses
* Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
* QCF Level 3 diploma or higher in Health and Social Care
* Good knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry and regulatory frameworks
* Availability to work 42 hours including alternate weekends
A day in the life of a Clinical Deputy Manager
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will lead the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care for residents. You will review care needs regularly, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and support the Registered Manager in daily operations, stepping in fully when needed.
Your typical day may include:
* Induction and supervision of new and existing team members
* Conducting care audits and updating care plans to reflect residents' changing needs
* Liaising with families, care professionals, social workers, and residents
* Monitoring and investigating safeguarding concerns, implementing risk mitigation measures
* Maintaining accurate records such as care notes, medication charts, and meeting minutes
