We are currently looking for a Sales Leader / Divisional Leader (f/m/d) Animal Health - Region UK.
What You Will Do
* After intensive training on products, biosecurity, and our farm-to-fork approach to animal production, you will be responsible for the sales management of all distributors and importers in your territory in the Benelux.
* Manage the Sales Budget of the region with ambition and commitment to achieve double-digit growth rates.
* Improve skills of the sales teams as our local partners through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
* Provide technical support: answer technical questions related to our products and biosecurity, proposing solutions with support from Global Animal Health Product Management.
* Provide commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing and orders, together with our customer service.
* Report to the Animal Health Sales Leader and, together, establish your action plan and sales targets based on agreed strategies. Introduce new products and prepare strategic discussions to grow the business.
* Coach and lead a team of eight sales associates.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners in the territory.
Minimum Qualifications
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; any other language is a plus.
* University degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Engineering or Business.
* B2B sales working experience, dynamic and entrepreneurial (core value).
* People management experience.
* Ideally in-depth knowledge of animal production with specific knowledge either species-related (poultry or swine) or in the health- or nutritional field.
* Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.
