Location: Cheltenham
Basic Salary: £25,000–£30,000 DOE
OTE: £45,000+
We are recruiting a high-calibre Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of Cheltenham’s most respected and well-established estate agencies, specialising in the upper end of the residential market.
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced, driven negotiator who thrives in a premium environment, values exceptional client service, and wants to be part of a successful, forward-thinking team.
The Role
* Managing the sale of high-value residential properties across Cheltenham and surrounding areas
* Conducting property viewings with confidence, professionalism, and detailed local knowledge
* Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for vendors and buyers
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
* Contributing to new business generation and market appraisals
* Working closely with senior colleagues to uphold the agency’s outstanding reputation
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential property
* A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
* Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
* Professional, proactive, and commercially astute
* Passionate about property and delivering a first-class customer experience
* Full UK driving licence
