Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks — We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing?
* Attend and resolve faults promptly to meet SLAs. Collaborate effectively with teams via MS Teams, phone, or face-to-face.
* Adhere to best practices and ensure high-quality service delivery. Contribute by writing lessons learned and Local Working Instructions.
* Be a proactive team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Flexible to travel to customer sites such as Wokingham, Warwick, and Reading.
* Perform daily administration of Cisco Call Manager platforms and support legacy TDM systems, including jumpering. Provide quality assurance for third-party installations and upgrades.
* Ensure all site documentation is accurate, available, and regularly updated.
What you’ll bring
* Must be PC literate and proficient with Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project. Strong knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, voice protocols (TDM & IP), and transmission/data services such as SDH is preferred.
* Skilled in Cisco CM, VCC, Teams, voice recording, and reporting tools like CMS, RMG, and Oak.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Clean driving licence required. Must meet SC clearance eligibility.
* Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills within a managed service framework.
