Support Worker – Abergavenny Location: Abergavenny Salary: £14-£15 p/h We are working with a compassionate supported living sites to find dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Abergavenny. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs, helping them live as independently as possible. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients. Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation. Work in a team to provide the best possible care and support. Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or care settings. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management. Support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a similar role in the UK. A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference in their lives. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, caring attitude.
