Role Description
We are looking for a confident and driven Prospector to generate and qualify meetings for our Sales Director.
This role is focused on identifying potential new clients within the mortgage and financial adviser space, introducing them to our marketing and lead generation services, and booking qualified appointments.
You must be confident on the telephone, comfortable handling objections, and able to stay motivated in the face of rejection. This is a proactive outreach role - you’ll be responsible for researching prospects, initiating conversations, following up consistently and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and takes ownership of results.
Qualifications
* Confidence talking on the phone is an absolute must
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
* Organized with the ability to conduct research and analyze potential leads
* Knowledge of sales strategies, pipeline management, and CRM tools*
* Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets and goals
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
