Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Salary: Up to £26,000 (DOE) Location: Salford, Greater Manchester Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pn (Monday to Friday) We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced and dynamic team within one of our Salford based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong customer service experience to play a key role in delivering high-quality support to a wide range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process incoming customer orders, enquiries, and product requests Source new products and provide accurate information to customers Handle delivery discrepancies, returns, and credit requests efficiently Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support satisfaction and retention Work proactively with internal teams including Procurement, Finance, and Operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems Support account management activities to drive revenue and service excellence Key Skills / Experience: GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths Experience operating within a customer service (office) environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office Excellent organisational and administrative abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines JDRCC JDR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
