A Personal Assistant required to support a gentleman with Neuromuscular Disability, support with personal care, activities within the community, and in the home. This will be for 8 hours per a week - flexible to be discussed at interview. Driving licence required - access to the family vehicle.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Support with personal care – washing, showering and dressing.
* Support with laundry and household tasks.
* Assistance with taking me out in my mobility van – FULL UK licence required.
Qualifications
* PA should be caring, motivated, consistent and punctual.
* Need to be able to communicate well.
* Driver with UK clean licence.
Required Training
* Previous care work with a disabled individual.
* Moving & handling and first aid certificate – Preferable.
Hourly - £12.60
Hours per week - 8 hours per week
How will the hours be used - Tuesday 3-5pm. Thursday 2-4pm. Saturday 2-4pm. Sunday 10am-12noon.
