The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks, liaise with partners and agents, handle post-sale support, and oversee basic office operations. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
* Act as a primary point of contact for partners, agents, and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Manage post-sale support activities, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Oversee basic office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and organizing company events.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
* Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects to enhance overall efficiency.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
