Significant demonstrable experience of testing, test automation and preparing test scripts and reports. Detailed working knowledge in 3rd / 4th line knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Azure, Task Sequences, BIOS updates, Configuration Manager, Citrix, and W10/11 Desktops at the Enterprise level - 30k Devices and above. Significant experience of working on Major Incidents as part of a response team. Strong working knowledge and practical experience of Enterprise scale Software Packaging, Deployment Tooling and Desktop Management. Proven ability and significant experience of managing pre-prod, dev and test environments. You and your role Our Infrastructure Engineers look after the quality, testing, and support of desktop tech across a huge Windows 10/11 estate (100K devices). We also work with tools like Azure, Intune, Citrix, Ivanti, SCCM, Zscaler and more. We've recently expanded and now include Model Office and UAT, so it's an exciting time to get involved. You'll help make sure everything we release is rock-solid, rework solutions when needed and support automation efforts.
