We're looking for a skilled Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, or Structural Engineer to join our expert Naval Architect team.
You’ll work on technically complex and prestigious projects, from innovative new builds to high-specification refits — delivering engineering solutions in accordance with the maritime industry standards.
* 5+ years' relevant experience, ideally, in a marine role
* Degree in: Naval Architecture or Marine/Structural Engineering
* Experience in:
*
o Structural and stability analysis
o Class and flag compliance
o Technical documentation, reports, and plan submissions
* Strong first principles and structural calculation skills
* Analytical, detail-focused, and technically confident
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently and under pressure
* Surveying experience with class societies
* Familiarity with 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.)
What You’ll Do:
* Liaise with class and flag authorities throughout projects
* Respond to emergent technical challenges during refits
* Support inclining experiments, sea trials, and commissioning
* Produce high-quality technical reports and engineering documents
* Contribute to maintaining and improving engineering standards
