Responsibilities: We act as the senior technical authority for all end-user computing, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. We handle escalations and resolve complex, high-impact technical issues. We guide engineers during major incidents and provide advanced support. We coach and mentor the team, advising on difficult cases and emerging technologies. We drive engineering improvements, automation, and tooling to reduce incidents and improve service quality. We evaluate and implement new EUC technologies and lead technical design for rollouts aligned with standards and security. We maintain best-practice guides, documentation, compliance, governance, and assurance. We partner with other IT teams and represent EUC interests on cross-team projects, change initiatives, and stakeholder discussions.
