Job Title: Independence Coach
Location: Doncaster and surrounding areas (community-based)
Job Type: full time
Wage: £15.50ph (rising to £18ph on progression)
About the Role
Stride is seeking a dedicated and conscientious Independence Coach to join our fantastic team. You will be supporting neurodivergent adults to work towards their individual goals through tailored, person-centred coaching sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own schedule and client caseload
Deliver high-quality, person-centred coaching sessions
Complete daily session notes and track client progress
Liaise and collaborate with the wider team to support client goals
Maintain professional boundaries and uphold Stride Yorkshire's values
Essential Skills & Requirements:
A valid driver's licence and access to a car for daily travel (mileage scheme available*)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence and initiative when planning and delivering bespoke sessions
Ability to work independently and flexibly within a community-based role
Desirable Experience:
Experience providing personal assistance or coaching for neurodivergent adults
Understanding of neurodiversity or experience in a related field
Experience delivering coping strategies or structured support sessions
