About us:
Abigail's Place is a small Ofsted registered Independent Specialist School for pupils aged 5-17 years, who because of early life experiences demonstrate behaviours that challenge adults. Many of our children have been out of education or had many failed school placements. We are an attachment focused, trauma informed, adult led environment. We want the absolute best for the children and young people in our care.

What is required?
For this role, you will:
12. Be a qualified Teacher
13. Demonstrate the ability to work in an adult led environment whilst also being able to nurture and care.
14. Be able to think outside of the box
15. Provide the highest quality of education, care, and preparation for life for all students in the school.
16. Contribute to raising standards of student attainment and behaviour
17. Have previous experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) particularly behaviours that challenge.
18. Demonstrable experience in planning, delivery, and classroom management with a dedication to ensuring the best outcomes for individuals
19. Working knowledge of Safeguarding & Child Protection Procedures
20. Have a playful outlook
