Contract Scotland are working with a well-established construction and fit-out contractor based in Glasgow who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support a long-standing, high-profile client account. As Project Manager, you will oversee approximately £3m worth of work each year, split across multiple projects typically varying from £50k-£500k. The works are varied and fast-paced, covering everything from smaller maintenance and upgrade packages through to full retail shop refits and commercial fit-out projects, generally within live environments. As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard.
