Time 4 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Part Time Administrator, in Swansea to work for a successful and growing main contractor. My client specialises in civil, commercial and demolition projects across South Wales.
As Part Time Administration Assistant – you will be supporting all staff in the business.
This role is contracted to 20 hours a week -Monday to Friday – There will be flexibility in working hours.
As Permanent Admin Assistant you will be based in the clients Head Office in Crockett – Swansea This role is for an immediate start.
Responsibilities of Administration Role:
* Dealing with client enquiries.
* Dealing with suppliers
* Tracking employee time worked on Site
* Copulating employee hours for payment
* Imputing data into our clients’ systems
* General office duties
* Supporting staff members with their admin requirements in the business
Qualifications and Experience required:
* To be successful in this role the ideal candidate would be reasonable local (Swansea Based)
* Experienced as an Administrator / Admin (somebody who is capable of scheduling)
* Good ITS skills – required – WORD
* Excel experience would be a good advantage.
* Good telephone manor & presentation would be expected.
