Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to enhance the customer experience
Negotiate prices and finance agreements within company guidelines
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on sales deliveries
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless customer service
Proactively seek new sales opportunities through prospecting calls and outreach effortsRequirements for the Sales Executive:
Proven experience within automotive sales or a strong desire to succeed in motor trade sales
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, organise, and meet sales targets effectively
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and adaptability
Meticulous attention to detail in customer interactions
Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web literacy
