As a Senior Power BI Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our data-driven future by designing and delivering scalable, high-impact Power BI solutions that empower stakeholders and enable smarter decision-making.What will I be doing?Build robust Power BI dashboards and semantic models for strategic and operational insights.Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver ad-hoc analysis that matters.Automate reporting pipelines and optimise performance for speed and scalability.Own Power BI governance, ensuring assets are reusable, well-documented, and aligned with business needs.Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable.Champion self-service analytics and coach teams on best practices.What do I need?Expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance optimisation).Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or Databricks experience is a plus).Experience in data modelling, BI architecture, and automating reporting pipelines.Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.Additional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
