Who We’re Looking For
A sharp, detail‑driven manager with a passion for delivering top‑tier service, used to working in a fast‑paced environment where every day brings a new challenge. This is a diverse, hands‑on role where you’ll support frontline teams across around 20 sites to ensure we exceed service expectations and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike. A strong communicator who can engage effectively with our team and clients. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese would be highly beneficial as many of our team members’ primary language is not English. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and language abilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Motivate, develop, and support cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.
* Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and team performance while fostering a positive, cohesive work environment.
* Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites.
* Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
* Be the go‑to person for customers and employees, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
* Maintain cleaning plans, troubleshoot issues, and think on your feet in a fast‑moving environment.
* Ensure all sites have sufficient cleaning materials and consumables.
