This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory, maintaining effective stock rotation, and supporting the wider business with accurate reporting and analysis.
Work Pattern: Night Shift • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6pm–6am) • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday (6pm–6am) Key Responsibilities: • Carry out daily perpetual inventory audits to verify physical stock against SAP records.
• Report and monitor available stock on a daily basis.
• Review cycle count reports and stock adjustments, escalating discrepancies to management.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and customer claims to determine root causes.
• Maintain stock accuracy, highlighting aged or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure effective stock rotation and compliance with GMP standards.
• Communicate findings and updates clearly with management and relevant teams.
• Promote continuous improvement in stock control processes.
• Uphold company standards in housekeeping, hygiene, and health & safety.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Accuracy of stock holding and reporting.
• Effective stock rotation.
• Compliance with GMP standards.
What Were Looking For: Essential: • Good level of education.
• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Excel.
• High level of numeracy and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable: • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of stock rotation and inventory management.
