We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support the Filton site, while also playing a wider role across sites in Brize Norton, Broughton, and London. This is a key position that will see you providing advice and guidance to managers and HRBPs across a broad range of ER and IR matters. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring fair and consistent practice across the business, while helping to drive a positive and supportive working environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on a wide range of employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, sickness absence, and flexible working. Act as a point of contact on industrial relations matters – liaising with employee representatives, interpreting collective agreements, and advising on compliance.
