Overview
Social Mobility Coordinator role at Browne Jacobson LLP
At Browne Jacobson, we're all about action and progress when it comes to social mobility, not just talk. We're an ambitious firm, and our inclusive, forward-thinking culture is something we're really proud of—it's a big part of what makes us stand out. This culture is crucial for our growth, allowing us to do meaningful, profitable work while creating a sustainable and enjoyable environment for our team, where everyone can take pride in their background.
We need to attract, develop, and retain top diverse talent. We've had success with our social mobility initiatives, like our FAIRE programme and emerging talent programmes, but there's still more to do to help us reach our goals, and we need your help.
We're offering a 12-month FTC in our Social Mobility Team, part of our larger 50+ People (HR) team, based in our Nottingham and Manchester offices. This role involves travel for various projects, events, and sessions, which might mean early starts, late finishes, and occasional overnight stays across the UK and Ireland. Don\'t worry about travel costs—they\'re all covered.
This is an exciting chance to dive into how a business develops and implements strategies around DEI and social mobility.
